Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 (16 oz.) box lasagna noodles
1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 can tomato sauce
1 onion
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 carton Ricotta cheese or small cottage cheese
1 egg
parsley flakes (optional)
Preparation

Brown ground beef; add onion and tomato sauce.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Add spaghetti sauce.
Cook lasagna noodles as directed.
Beat egg and add cheese and parsley flakes, if desired. Layer meat mixture, noodles and cheese mixture.
Sprinkle 1 cup Mozzarella cheese between layers.
End with meat mixture. Sprinkle other cup Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top. Cover; cook 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
