Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. butter
4 c. milk
3 c. boiled potatoes
2 c. canned corn, drained
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation

Fry onion in butter until delicately brown.
Strain butter into saucepan.
Add potatoes, milk, corn, salt, pepper and cayenne.
Bring to the boiling point and serve.
Good with oyster crackers.
