Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 eggs (12 yolks and 4 whole)
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    4 to 5 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add other ingredients.
    Knead until firm and smooth.
    Roll out thin; let dry until they can be cut without sticking.
    Let dry thoroughly.
