Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter/margarine
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
7 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix first three ingredients until crumbly.
Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Mix all remaining ingredients in mixer until well blended.
Pour over warm crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for an additional 25 minutes; cool.
Cut into small squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
