Orange Sherbet Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. heavy cream or whipped mix
    1 can pineapple (if desired)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add sherbet and mix well.
    When partially set, add other. Pour into 1 1/2-quart ring mold. Chill. Yields 8 servings.
