Apple Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 apples, sliced
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over pan.
    Arrange apples over this mixture.
    Sift together flour and salt.
    Beat eggs until light; add flour and 1/2 cup milk.
    Beat until well blended.
    Gradually add last cup milk and beat until smooth.
    Pour batter over the apples.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
