Make Ahead Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and salt.
    Blend in shortening until crumbly.
    Combine water, vinegar and egg.
    Beat lightly with fork. Pour into dry mixture.
    Blend until sticky.
    Chill 2 hours. Divide into 4 or 5 balls or roll out to fit pie pans.
    Wrap securely and refrigerate or freeze.
