Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. corn meal
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. grated cheese (2 c.)
    small pimentos
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can peppers
    onion
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; pour into greased pan.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 425\u00b0.
