Low-Fat Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. low or nonfat yogurt (plain)
    1 c. reduced calorie Miracle Whip
    1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
    1 pkg. Ramen soup (discard seasoning pkg.)
Preparation
    Thaw spinach in strainer; squeeze out excess water.
    Mix together all ingredients, except noodles.
    Break noodles into 1/2-inch pieces and add to dip.
    Add noodles less than 1 hour before serving so they don't get soggy.
