Berry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 heaping Tbsp. butter
fruit (blueberries or raspberries are good)
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; cut in the butter.
Add milk and mix.
Pour in a greased baking pan.
Cover with 2 cups fruit.
Sprinkle 1 cup (or less) sugar over fruit and dot with butter.
Add one cup fruit juice.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Batter will come to top.
Serve topped with cream.
