Nut Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. ground pecans
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 egg white, beaten until frothy
    3 egg whites
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until a fine foam mounds gently around the beaters.
    Add 6 tablespoons sugar, one tablespoon at a time.
    Beat after each addition.
    Add salt and cream of tartar.
    Beat well. Spread on pie and seal edge.
    Brown at 325\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
