Pasta With Spinach And Parmesan Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. basil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    9 oz. fettucine, cooked and kept hot
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. half and half or whole milk
Preparation
    Thaw spinach and press out excess liquid.
    Heat oil with basil and garlic for a few minutes.
    Add spinach and salt; cook and stir over low heat about 5 minutes.
    Add Parmesan cheese and milk to spinach.
    Toss this mixture with fettucine until well blended. Serves 4 to 5.
