Hungarian Stuffed Cabbage(Toltott Kaposta) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
2 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1 large onion, minced
1 c. cooked rice
2 tsp. paprika
2 eggs
Preparation

Core one large head of cabbage; place in boiling water.
Take apart with knife and fork, cutting leaves as they become wilted. Drain and cool.
