Al-Zahawiq(Yemeni Hot Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. ground coriander
    6 fresh chillis
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    juice of a lemon or lime
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    50 ml. water
    ground leeks (may be added)
Preparation
    Liquidize and blend all ingredients.
    Bring to the boil.
    Cool and serve with bread as a dip or as a sauce with pasta, potatoes or meat.
