Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple (do not drain)
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.\tAdd beaten eggs and salad oil, stirring by hand.
(Do not use mixer.)
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas.
Spoon butter in 3 (9-inch) cake pans, greased and floured.
Cook for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let set in pans to cool for 10 minutes.
Remove and ice with cream cheese icing.
