Dilled Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. dill or fresh dill
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 onion, sliced thin
    1 lb. carrots
Preparation
    Clean carrots and cut into thin strips.
    Pack carrots into a jar with garlic, onion and fresh dill.
    Bring vinegar and water to a boil.
    Add salt and dill, if not using fresh dill.
