Snowball Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Knox gelatine
1 can crushed pineapple
2 pkg. Knox gelatine
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. cold water
1 large angel food cake
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
Dream Whip
cherries (optional)
coconut (optional)
Preparation

Mix gelatine with 4 tablespoons cold water.
Add boiling water.
Blend well.
Add crushed pineapple, sugar and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened.
Prepare 2 packages Dream Whip and fold into gelatine mixture.
Cut or tear your angel food cake into tiny to medium size pieces and stir your gelatine mixture into cake pieces until well mixed.
Pour into pan or glass dish and chill overnight.
