Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken or 10 oz. canned chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can mild green chilies, chopped
tortilla chips
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Simmer chicken until done.
Debone.
Place chicken, soups, onion and chilies in a large pan. Bring to a slow boil.
Place chips in 9 x 10-inch pan.
Pour mixture over chips and sprinkle with cheese.
Heat in oven until cheese melts.
