White Chicken Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans white or yellow corn
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 1/2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 (14 oz.) cans white beans
1 c. crushed tortilla chips
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine 2 1/2 cups water with lemon pepper and cumin seed.
Boil.
Add chicken and cook on low 20 to 30 minutes.
Cut chicken into small pieces.
Defat broth and return chicken to pan in the stock.
