Harvest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. diced apples
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix apples and sugar together.
Add eggs.
Beat in cooking oil, vanilla, baking soda and flour.
Add chopped nuts.
Bake in greased tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
