Fiesta Mexican Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. ground beef
    1 green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. chopped tomato
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add green pepper and onion.
    Cook until tender, stirring frequently.
    Add 1/2 the chili powder and Cheez Whiz.
    Cook until Cheez Whiz melts, stirring constantly.
    Stir in tomato.
    Combine remaining Cheez Whiz, eggs, flour, salt and milk in mixer bowl; beat until smooth.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with cornmeal.
    Spoon ground beef mixture over batter to within 1-inch of edge.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
