Strawberry Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    9 oz. Cool Whip
    1 pkg. pecan sandies
    1 pkg. frozen strawberries in juice, thawed
Preparation
    Crush cookies.
    Press 1/2 cookies into 9 x 13 dish.
    Beat eggs and sugar till stiff and fluffy (10 to 15 minutes).
    Add lemon juice and strawberries.
    Gently stir in Cool Whip.
    Spread over crust.
    Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.
    Freeze.
