Imperial Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    3/4 c. dry breadcrumbs (plain)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    3 whole boneless chicken breasts, split and skinned
    juice of 1 lemon or more
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine butter and garlic.
    Set aside.
    Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Stir to blend.
    Dip each chicken breast in butter mixture and coat each breast with breadcrumb mixture.
    Roll tightly, starting with narrow end. Secure with wooden toothpick.
