Banana Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple juice
    1 large can frozen orange juice, diluted as directed
    6 c. water
    4 c. sugar
    juice of 2 lemons
    5 bananas, blended
    3 qt. ginger ale
Preparation
    Heat water and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
    Mix all the above ingredients together with sugar and water mixture.
    Cool and freeze.
    Thaw 3 hours prior to serving.
    Put in punch bowl and pour ginger ale over it.
    Serves 50.
