Cauliflower Egyptian Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 med. cauliflower
    2 whole eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 can tomato paste
    2 med. onions
Preparation
    Separate, and clean buds, drop in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, remove from water.
    Chop onions and brown in butter.
    Add tomato paste to browned onions.
    Beat eggs, dip cauliflower in beaten eggs and brown in butter slightly.
    Pour tomato paste and onions over cauliflower.
    Cover and steam in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
