Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1 c. (4 oz.) grated carrots
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix oil with sugar and beat well.
    Then add all dry ingredients and beat.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Last, add one egg at a time and beat well.
    Bake 45 minutes in moderate oven for 1 loaf.
