Spinach Lasagna Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
8 lasagna noodles
1 large onion
1 medium green pepper
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. basil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

Cook spinach and lasagna noodles separately according to package directions.
Drain and set aside.
