Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can white Shoepeg corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can French cut green beans, drained
    1/2 c. each: celery and onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in a casserole dish.
    Top with mixture of 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs, 1/2 stick melted oleo and 1/2 cup slivered almonds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
