Zucchini Ground Beef Italian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. zucchini, thinly sliced
    2 c. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    2 dashes of hot pepper sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In olive oil, saute onions, green pepper and garlic together for 2 minutes.
    Stir in ground beef.
    Cook until browned.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Turn into a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
