Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. each broccoli and cauliflower florets
    4 carrots
    1 large bell pepper, cut into strips
    2 ribs celery, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    4 green onions, finely sliced
    8 oz. Italian dressing
    1 c. red wine vinaigrette (with Cabernet Sauvaigrette)
Preparation
    Combine both dressings well.
    Place all vegetables in a large bowl and pour dressing mix over them. Toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, stirring several times.
