Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 onion
    1 carrot, grated
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender, drain water and mash up.
    Add cream of chicken soup, pimentos, onion, carrot, and sour cream; mix well.
    Put 1/2 of Pepperidge stuffing in bottom of dish.
    Pour squash mixture in dish.
    Melt butter and mix with other half of stuffing; spread over top.
    Cook at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
