Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 Tbsp. corn meal
4 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
Preparation

Add 2 tablespoons bacon drippings in a cast-iron skillet and melt.
Pour a majority of the drippings into corn bread mixture. Add about 1/2 cup of milk.
Mix all ingredients well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes in skillet.
