Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. diced, unpeeled apples
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix well and bake in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
