Lemon Cheese Cake(Lo-Fat, Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lemon sugar-free Jell-O (4 serving size)
    1 c. hot water
    2/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    8 oz. pkg. fat-free cream cheese
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; put in blender the Jell-O, cottage cheese and cream cheese.
    Blend until smooth.
    Fold in Cool Whip, put in pie plate and refrigerate until set.
    Serves 4.
