Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm milk, not hot
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. flour
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large bowl combine milk and yeast. Stir to dissolve yeast. Add sugar, butter and salt. Stir until butter is melted. Stir in 3 cups flour; beat until smooth. Add remaining flour and cheese; mix well. Pour into well greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with wax paper and let rise in a warm place until doubled. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0
    for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Loosen edges and remove from dish. Cool. Serve warm with butter.
