Hearty Bacon Potato Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    2 c. red potatoes
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. can whole kernel corn
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Add raw potatoes, cubed onions.
    Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add sour cream, milk, cream of chicken soup, corn (that is drained), pepper and thyme.
    Continue heating until heated through for 10 to 12 minutes.
