Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 medium grated carrots
    1 small jar pimiento
    1medium finely chopped onion
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. stuffing mix (unseasoned)
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except oleo and stuffing.
    Melt oleo and mix with stuffing.
    Put layer of stuffing into pan.
    Pour squash mixture over.
    Reserve 3/4 stuffing mix to put over top the last 15 minutes.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
