Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large brisket
    fresh ground pepper to taste
    1 to 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    garlic powder to taste
    1/3 bottle liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt (optional)
    barbecue sauce (optional)
    bay leaf (optional)
Preparation
    Place brisket on large square of foil in shallow baking dish. Rub with liquid smoke and Worcestershire.
    Sprinkle with other flavorings and spices.
    Seal foil.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 8 to 12 hours.
    This is tender and perfect.
    Slice thin to serve.
