Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
8 or 9 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except soda.
Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda, stirring quickly.
As it foams, pour over corn and mix well.
Place on cookie sheets and put in oven for a few minutes at 225\u00b0 to 250\u00b0.
Cool slightly and store in airtight container.
