Beefy Cream Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (4 oz.) jars dried beef
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Accent
few drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Shred beef in blender (save 1/2 cup).
With large spoon, blend cream cheese, onion and remaining beef and seasonings.
Shape into 2 large or 4 small balls.
Roll in reserved shredded beef.
Serve at room temperature with crackers.
Freezes well.
