Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
3 c. crushed potato chips
2 c. finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. slivered almonds
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 box long grain wild rice mix
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except 1 cup crushed potato chips. Put in a baking dish. Sprinkle the 1 cup potato chips on top. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
