Baked Stuffed Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter, melted
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. minced parsley
30 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
20 jumbo shrimp, cleaned and butterflied
Preparation

Combine melted butter and lemon juice.
Combine parsley and cracker crumbs.
Gradually add lemon butter to crackers until you have a moist consistency.
You won't need all the lemon butter.
