Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix German chocolate cake mix as shown on box.
    Bake 1/2 of batter in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Set rest of batter aside.
    Melt in saucepan margarine, Eagle Brand and caramels.
    Pour over baked cake.
    Add rest of batter.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
    Bake another 20 minutes. Let set for at least 2 hours.
