Snow Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    2/3 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    16 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Add 1 cup boiling water. Dissolve.
    Add sugar and vanilla. Stir.
    Add sour cream. Whisk until smooth. Add Cool Whip. Blend until smooth. Pour in Jell-O mold.
    Put in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
