Ingredients

12 marshmallows
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 jar pimiento cheese or pineapple cheese
1/2 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Cut up marshmallows and put into can of crushed pineapple to soak up juice.
Pour pineapple can contents into a bowl and add 1 jar of pimiento cheese or pineapple cheese.
Put into refrigerator for at least 2 hours, until it sets.
Whip 1/2 cup whipping cream into bowl and freeze overnight.
