Baked Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium zucchini, washed and diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. salad oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except eggs and oil.
Add the eggs and oil to the mixture and mix well.
