Seafood Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
1 c. mayo
1/3 c. green peppers
1/3 c. red peppers
1/3 c. onions
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 cans shrimp or crab meat
1 pkg. gelatin
1 c. water
Preparation

Chop peppers and onion.
Heat tomato soup to boil (undiluted). Mix cream cheese and mayo; add tomato soup mixture and mix until creamy.
Add peppers and onions.
Dilute gelatin in 1 cup water and add to mixture.
Add shrimp or crab meat.
Put in Jell-O mold and refrigerate.
Unmold.
Serve with crackers.
