Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 stalks celery
    4 bunches green onions
    1 very large cabbage
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef or pork (you can use chicken, if you choose)
    6 pkg. egg roll skins
    1 beaten egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    Season-All seasoning salt
    m.s.g. (not necessary)
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Clean and finely chop all vegetables.
    Cook meat until done. Put all vegetables in a large pot with oil.
    Wilt vegetables until done.
    Drain in a colander.
    Mix with meat and seasonings.
    Cool until cold.
    You cannot wrap while hot!
    Place 1 tablespoon of mixture per egg roll skin and wrap as directed on package.
    Use beaten egg to seal end of wrap.
    Heat oil in deep fryer and fry until brown.
    Drain, eat and enjoy!
    Freezes well and is great for snacks! Makes 50 to 100 egg rolls.
