Low-Fat Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size parsnip
    2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter Buds (can buy at Albertsons)
    1/3 c. fat-free Ricotta cheese
Preparation
    Steam parsnip, scrubbed and unpeeled.
    Puree in blender with remaining ingredients.
    Warm gently in a double boiler.
