Cheesy Potatoes Ala Verna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium or 2 small potatoes per person
1/2 medium onion per person
salt
pepper
1/4 c. water
sliced cheese
Preparation

Slice potatoes and onions like thick potato chips.
Separate onion slices into rings.
Place vegetables in a microwavable dish. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add water, cover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Put cheese on top of vegetables (enough to cover top of vegetables).
Cover and microwave just until cheese melts.
